Bill negotiations are time consuming and costly
We compensate our negotiators by charging 40% of the first year savings (half of the cost of competitors who charge 40% of the first TWO years savings). While the savings come in over time, we collect the success fee as a single up front charge. However, for larger fees and in when requested, we often split up the fee into multiple payments to make it easier on our customers. We do our absolute best to make our billing policy as clear as possible. When users submit their bill negotiation, we require them to agree to this screen in the app which clearly states it.
