On the Dashboard scroll to your account balances and tap on Smart Savings.
Tap on Edit Goal
Select Close this account, then confirm you wish to close the account.
Why am I seeing an Error message?
This means you currently have a transaction that's being processed. You'll be able to close your account as soon as your transaction settles and is available, this can take up to 4 business days. To check to see the transaction in progress look at the main page of your savings account under History.
Note: If the transfer has only just begun you'll be able to cancel it by tapping cancel deposit under History. If you have no other Pending deposits you'll now be able to close your account.
