Truebill is here to let you track ALL of your bills and subscriptions in one place.  While we are able to find the vast majority of bills, sometimes you may pay a bill with check or with an account not connected to Truebill.  In that case, Truebill will not automatically find that bill, but you can still add it manually!  

Here's how to manually add a bill/subscription:

  1. Open Truebill and go to the Recurring tab
  2. At the top of the page, tap on the "+" symbol and select "Add a Bill/Subscription"
  3. You'll be prompted to enter the name of the bill/subscription. You can either select from your list of services or create a custom name
  4. Next, you can use the "Find transactions" search bar to assign transactions to the bill/subscription
  5. Lastly, you can adjust the date, amount, and frequency. 

Here's how to remove a manual bill:

  1. Open Truebill and go to the Recurring tab
  2. Tap on the manual bill you want to remove
  3. Tap on Options and then Edit
  4. Tap on Delete
