To receive a refund for your Premium membership, please contact the support team through the Premium Chat.

If you are paying for Premium through the Apple App store and Google Play store, please make sure that you cancel your subscription before requesting a refund. To do so, tap on the Settings gear icon on the upper left and select Premium. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Premium. You'll be re-directed to the appropriate App Store in order to cancel. 

Once you've cancelled your subscription it's possible to request a refund through the Apple App store and Google Play store as well. However, if you run into any issues, please contact the support team.

Important Note!
Cancelling your Premium subscription does NOT delete your Truebill account, nor it does cancel your bill negotiation requests. Please follow the instructions below to cancel a bill negotiation and/or delete your Truebill account.
