We know that overdraft and late fees are frustrating! One of the features that we offer is a guide to getting refunds from your bank for those fees. We've tried a few different methods and found this to be the most successful.

To get started, open Truebill, click on the "bell" icon in the upper right corner, and find the notification about the fee.  From there, you will see a button to request a refund.  Select Request a refund and then Get Started.

We've put together a script that you can follow when talking with your bank. When you're done, let us know if you got a refund or not!
