Account balances automatically update once every 24 hours. If you're missing recent transactions it's because they have fallen outside of this window but will appear soon when your accounts update.
Premium members can use the Sync button on the Dashboard to load real time balances. On the app, the Sync button appears on the Dashboard below your current month’s spending. On the website, the Sync button appears on the Dashboard to the left of your current month’s spending.
If your balances are off by months or weeks, please contact support through our chat to escalate this issue over to our secure linking provider, Plaid. A wrong account balance could mean Plaid is having trouble connecting to your account.
