Account balances automatically update once every 24 hours. If you're missing recent transactions it's because they have fallen outside of this window but will appear soon when your accounts update.
Premium members can use the Sync button on the Dashboard below Net Cash to load real time balances.
If your balances are off by months or weeks, please contact the support team through the Premium Chat. A wrong account balance could mean our secure linking provider, Plaid, is having trouble connecting to your account.
