Truebill Premium is billed through the Apple App store and Google Play store. Before you request a refund make sure you have cancelled your subscription.

Once you've cancelled your subscription it's possible to request a refund.

Important Note!
Cancelling your Premium subscription does NOT delete your Truebill account, nor it does cancel your bill negotiation requests. Please follow the instructions below to cancel a bill negotiation and/or delete your Truebill account.
