Truebill uses advanced algorithms to recognize subscriptions, but we're always learning.

If you are missing subscriptions, first make sure that you have linked all of your accounts to Truebill, including the account that the subscription is billed to.  Also, be sure that all accounts have finished loading.

If you're still missing subscriptions after that, you can search for any missing subscriptions.  Simply click 'Missing Subscriptions' and type in the subscription name.
